**Terms and Conditions**
Thank you for choosing Green Yard Irrigation Ltd. for your automated sprinkler system needs. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. **Scope of Services:**
Green Yard Irrigation Ltd. provides automated sprinkler system installation and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
2. **Quotations and Contracts:**
Quotations provided by Green Yard Irrigation Ltd. are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. Contracts are considered binding once signed by both parties.
3. **Payment Terms:**
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A deposit may be required for larger projects, as outlined in the contract.
4. **Cancellation Policy:**
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations made after this timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. **Warranty:**
Green Yard Irrigation Ltd. provides a warranty on all installed equipment and workmanship for a period of [insert duration] from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
6. **Maintenance Services:**

8. **Permits and Regulations:**
It is the responsibility of the client to obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for the installation of the automated sprinkler system. Green Yard Irrigation Ltd. will adhere to all relevant regulations and codes during the installation process.
9. **Intellectual Property:**
All intellectual property rights associated with the design and installation of the automated sprinkler system remain the property of Green Yard Irrigation Ltd.
10. **Dispute Resolution:**
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ontario.
11. **Modifications:**
Green Yard Irrigation Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
12. **Severability:**
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
